- Any credit amount which will be remaining after the redemption of the credits will be refunded to the passengers without any fee or the penalty. If there is some extra amount, then the amount will be collected by the Korean airlines.
- After the new ticket has been booked, the fee will be charged as per the new ticket policy, and the discount of the amount will be taken whenever customer or the passenger reissues their ticket, such as date change, cabin change, booking class or weekdays / weekends.
